TOPIC:
WHAT IS YOUR PASSION❓

Memory Verse:
John 4:34

MESSAGE:
It’s easy to tell a person is most passionate about by what they always talk about Jesus passion was about the kingdom of God. Throughout the Gospels, we find Him talking about God’s kingdom. After beginning the ministry, He stayed on it. He began both to do and teach. Jesus wasn’t preoccupied about many things. He stayed on a single purpose.

He lived His life with one main purpose – to establish God’s kingdom on earth through changing people’s hearts. Everything He did build up to his. He was a man on a mission. As His followers, He calls us to be singleminded in evangelism.

It’s time to do away with other petty issues that distract us. The disciples got preoccupied with the politics of Israel (vv.6-7), but Jesus wanted them to shift their focus to something much bigger – the kingdom of God being established all over the world.

In the Same way, we can get caught up in smaller and trivial issues that never contribute to mission (the mission of God). It’s time to drop all ‘other’ issues. God desire for used and passionate individuals dedicated to advancing His kingdom everywhere they go.

What issues tend to take up your attention and distract you from focusing on God and His Kingdom? Why do these things seem more important to you than God’s mission? What little issues would you be willing to drop? Talk to someone and share your passion for God’s kingdom. Today is the day. Now is the time. Do it. August meetings has ended in all communities. Lets now use our tongue to count our teeth to know how far we have gone so far..

Our motivation to win soul is driven by Jesus’ character and His command.

Lord, thank You for so great a salvation that is able to save even the chief of sinners like me

CAN YOU SPEAK TO YOUR MOUNTAIN❓

Mark 11:23

MESSAGE:

It is not the titles behind or before your name that scare the devil. He has only two problems with you. He has a problem with the Word of God that is in your heart and the Word of God that comes out of your mouth when you are praying or in a conversation. Every Word of God is loaded with explosive elements that destroy the plans of the wicked one and restore lives. Even the Angels receive their daily assignment when the Power in the Word is released through the Spoken Word.

Don’t complain about the mountain, speak to it. Prevailing prayer is jot talking to God about the problems; It is talking to the problems with the Word of God. The Word of God is that Rod in Moses’ hand that divided the Red Sea. The Word of God is that Rock in David’s sling that slew Goliath. Put some Word in your mouth today, your enemy will bow out! Jesus said, “if you will say to this mountain, be lifted and be cast into the sea, it will obey you…” Today, you can speak to your mountain, give it condition and it will obey you.

CONTROLLING THOUGHTS:
Every Word of God is loaded with explosives capable of surmounting your mountain.

PRAYER:
Let the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable unto you oh Lord.

ARE YOU SETTING YOUR ENEMIES FREE❓

Memory Verse: Romans 12:14

MESSAGE:
Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not. Romans 12:14(KJV)
When dealing with past hurts, we all know that it’s right to forgive, even when it’s difficult. However, few of us rarely take the next step that God wants us to take.

A common misconception is that all we have to do is make the decision to forgive and our job is finished, but Jesus also said, “Invoke blessings upon and pray for the happiness of those who curse you, implore God’s blessing (favor) upon those who abuse you [who revile, reproach, disparage, and high-handedly misuse you]” (Luke 6:28 AMP). In addition, Romans 12:14 says that we are to bless the people who persecute us and treat us cruelly.

We are to actively bless our enemies. God calls us to extend mercy to people who do not deserve it. Why?

When you forgive, it opens a door for God to heal you, but honestly, it doesn’t do much for the person who offended you. But when you bless them, you ask God to bring truth to them so they can repent and experience the real freedom He provides. Forgiveness sets you free…blessing your enemies sets them free.
It will be nice to start this new month of August in a clean slate, without grudges with any man using “forgiveness” as a watchword all through your days Happy New Month

CONTROLLING THOUGHTS: To Err is human, but to forgive is Divine.

*PRAYER* God, I thank You for helping me walk in forgiveness, but I don’t want to stop there. I ask You to bless those who have hurt me. In the same way that You have brought healing to my life, bring healing to them so that they can experience Your goodness and walk in Your love.
